本人の書面の同意がある分身だけを載せます。本人はいつでも止める・直す・消す。
1. この書面について
出る側(本人)が、自分の AI 分身を AIKON に出す時に同意する書面です。申し込みの画面で、この版・範囲・取り分・期間に同意していただきます。運営者は、版・範囲・使わない事・取り分・期間・同意した時刻・取り消した時刻を記録します。
2. 出られる人
18 歳以上の本人だけです。他の人の名前・顔・声で申し込むことはできません。
3. AI 分身に使ってよい事(範囲)
- 文の一対一(必須): ファンと AI 分身が文で話す
- 公開の投稿から人格: 本人が公開している投稿をもとに、話し方を寄せる
- 本人の声の一言: 本人が録った短い声を載せる
- 注文の一枚: ファンの注文を本人が受けて届ける
- 翻訳: 会話を他の言葉に訳す
- 作品の案内: 本人の作品・催しを案内する
- 声の合成: 本人の声に似せた合成の声(選んだ時だけ)
- 大人の会話: AIKON NIGHT だけ・本人が選び、本人の設定と揃った時だけ
4. 使わない事(いつも)
- 同意の範囲の外での利用
- 未成年を思わせる見た目・設定
- 本人の「言わない事」に入れた話題
- 本人に無断の広告・推薦
- 投資・お金の勧誘
本人は、使わない事を書き足せます。また、AI が決して言わない「言わない事」を、いつでも足したり外したりできます。
5. 取り分
売上はポイントの台帳で数え、本人の取り分は申し込みの画面に出る割合(既定 本人 50% / AIKON 50%)です。本人の取り分は USDT で受け取れます(WWB での受け取りは後から。割合は受け取りの画面に出ます)。受け取りの住所は本人が登録し、変えるには合言葉が要ります。送るのは運営者で、送った取引の記録(tx)は本人の画面に出ます。
6. 期間
90 日・180 日・365 日から選びます。
7. 取り消し
本人はいつでも同意を取り消せます。取り消すと、その場で頁と AI が止まり、依頼中・制作中の注文はファンへ全額ポイントで返します。取り消した後にまた出るには、新しい同意を本人が認める必要があります。
8. 運営者の承認
申し込みの後、運営者が確かめて承認すると頁が立ちます。それまで頁と AI は誰にも見えません。見送る時は理由をお知らせします。規約に反する時は止めることがあります。

We only publish AI twins with the creator’s written consent. Creators can pause, edit or delete at any time.
1. About this document
This is the document a creator agrees to when putting their AI twin on AIKON. On the application screen you agree to this version, scope, share and term. The Operator records the version, scope, never-use items, share, term, and the times of consent and of any revocation.
2. Who can appear
Only the actual person, aged 18 or older. You may not apply using someone else’s name, face or voice.
3. What your AI twin may do (scope)
- Text chat (required): fans chat with your AI twin in text
- Persona from public posts: your speaking style is modelled on your public posts
- Recorded voice clips: short clips you recorded
- Custom orders: you accept and deliver fan orders
- Translation: chats translated into other languages
- Promote works: your works and events are mentioned
- Voice synthesis: a synthetic voice resembling yours (only if selected)
- Adult chat: AIKON NIGHT only, only if you select it and your settings allow it
4. Never used for
- Any use outside the agreed scope
- Anything suggesting a minor
- Topics on your never-say list
- Ads or endorsements without your OK
- Investment or money solicitation
You can add more “never” items, and add or remove never-say topics at any time.
5. Revenue share
Revenue is counted in the points ledger; your share is the rate shown on the application screen (default: you 50% / AIKON 50%). You can receive your share in USDT (WWB later; the rate is shown on the Payouts tab). You register your payout address, and changing it requires your password. The Operator sends the payout and the transaction (tx) appears on your dashboard.
6. Term
Choose 90, 180 or 365 days.
7. Revocation
You can revoke your consent at any time. Your page and AI stop immediately, and open orders are refunded to fans in full as points. To appear again after revoking, you must approve a new consent yourself.
8. Operator approval
After you apply, your page goes live once the Operator reviews and approves it. Until then nobody can see your page or AI. If we decline, we will tell you why. We may stop pages that break the terms.
