1. 誰が扱うか
AIKON の個人の情報は、【記入】運営者の名(英領ヴァージン諸島(BVI)の共同事業体)が扱います。連絡先は運営者情報。
2. 集める情報
- アカウント: メール、表示名、生年月日、合言葉(元の文字は持たず、元に戻せない形だけ)
- 使った記録: ポイントの台帳(買った・使った・返した)、月額、購入、投げ銭、注文
- 会話: ファンと AI 分身・本人との文、会話の要点の覚え書き
- 出る側: 紹介、人格の設定、言わない事、同意の記録(版・範囲・取り分・期間・時刻)、受け取りの住所
- WWB の支払い: 送金の記録(tx)と送り主の住所(公開の鎖にある物)
- 端末: ログインの札・送信の確かめの札・年齢の門の札(Cookie)、回数の上限のための IP
3. 使い道
- 本サービスを動かす事(ログイン・ポイント・会話・支払い・払い出し)
- 18 歳以上の確かめと、安全の門(未成年を思わせる話・個人の連絡先・お金の求め等を止める)
- 不正の防止と、通報への対応
- お問い合わせへの返事
4. AI の提供元へ送る物
AI の返事を作るため、会話の文と本人の人格の設定を、運営者が選んだ AI の提供元(外部の事業者)へ送ります。提供元の名: 【記入】AI の提供元の名
5. 公開の鎖(ブロックチェーン)
WWB の送金は公開の鎖に残り、運営者は消せません。運営者は、送り主の住所とアカウントの結びを公開しません。燃やす記録には「AIKON」の名だけを載せ、誰の・何の支払いかは載せません。
6. 他へ渡す時
ご本人の同意がある時、法令の求めがある時、本サービスを動かすために委託先へ渡す時を除き、他へ渡しません。
7. 置き場所と国をまたぐ移転
情報は 【記入】台の置き場所の国・地域 の台に置き、AI の提供元のある国へ送られることがあります。
8. 持つ期間
アカウントがある間と、その後 【記入】持つ期間。
9. ご本人の求め
ご自身の情報を見る・直す・消す・使うのを止める、を求められます。運営者情報の連絡先へ。
10. 18 歳未満の方
18 歳未満の方は使えません。18 歳未満と分かったアカウントは止め、情報を消します。
11. 変える時
この方針を変える時は、前もって本サービスの中でお知らせします。

1. Who handles your data
Personal data in AIKON is handled by [TO FILL] Operator name (a joint venture in the British Virgin Islands (BVI)). Contact details: Operator information.
2. What we collect
- Account: email, display name, date of birth, password (stored only as a one-way hash)
- Usage: the points ledger (bought, spent, returned), memberships, purchases, tips, orders
- Conversations: messages between fans and the AI twin or creator, and short conversation notes
- Creators: bio, persona settings, never-say list, consent records (version, scope, share, term, timestamps), payout address
- WWB payments: transfer records (tx) and the sending address (as published on the public chain)
- Device: login, request-check and age-gate cookies; IP address for rate limiting
3. How we use it
- To run the Service (login, points, chats, payments, payouts)
- To check age (18+) and run the safety gate (blocking anything suggesting a minor, personal contact details, money requests and so on)
- To prevent abuse and handle reports
- To answer your enquiries
4. What we send to AI providers
To write AI replies, conversation messages and the creator’s persona settings are sent to the AI provider chosen by the Operator (an external company). Provider: [TO FILL] AI provider name
5. Public blockchain
WWB transfers stay on a public chain and the Operator cannot delete them. The Operator does not publish which sending address belongs to which account. Burn records carry only the name “AIKON” — never who paid or what for.
6. Sharing
We do not share your data except with your consent, when required by law, or with service providers who help us run the Service.
7. Storage and international transfer
Data is stored on servers in [TO FILL] country/region of servers and may be sent to the country where the AI provider operates.
8. Retention
For as long as your account exists, and afterwards for [TO FILL] retention period.
9. Your requests
You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the use of your data. Contact us via Operator information.
10. Under 18s
People under 18 may not use the Service. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are stopped and their data deleted.
11. Changes
We will announce changes to this policy in the Service in advance.
