1. この規約について

AIKON(AIKON NIGHT を含みます。以下「本サービス」)は、【記入】運営者の名(英領ヴァージン諸島(BVI)の共同事業体)(以下「運営者」)が提供します。本サービスは日本の外の事業として運営します。この規約は、本サービスを使う方(ファン)と、本サービスに出る方(本人)のすべてに当てはまります。登録した時点で、この規約とプライバシーの方針に同意したものとします。

2. 18 歳以上の方だけ

本サービスは 18 歳以上の方だけが使えます。使う側も出る側も同じです。生年月日の自己申告で確かめます。偽りの申告が分かった時は、アカウントと頁を止めます。詳しくは 18 歳以上の線。

3. アカウント

• メールと合言葉で登録します。合言葉はご自身で管理してください。
• 出る側のアカウントは、ファンのアカウントとは別に作ります。
• アカウントを他の人に貸したり譲ったりできません。

4. AI 分身について

• 本サービスの会話の多くは、本人が同意した範囲で AI が返す文です。AI の返事には AI の印が付きます。本人が自分で返した文には本人の印が付きます。
• AI は本人が決めた「言わない事」を守り、安全の門(未成年を思わせる話・個人の連絡先・お金の求め等)を通った文だけを返します。
• 本人はいつでも AI を止められます。止まっている間は返事をしません。

5. ポイント

• ポイントは先払いで買い、月額・単品・会話・投げ銭に使います。
• ポイントは現金・WWB・ほかの物に戻せません。他の人に譲れません。
• ポイントの有効期限: 【記入】有効期限
• 本人の同意が取り消された時と、注文が期限までに届かなかった時は、預かっていたポイントを全額ポイントで返します。

6. WWB での支払い

ポイントは WWB で買えます。送った WWB は戻せません。送り方と注意は WWB での支払い。

7. 出る側(本人)

• 18 歳以上の本人だけが出られます。他の人の名前・顔・声で出ることはできません。
• 出る時は本人の同意の書面(版・範囲・取り分・期間)に同意します。運営者が確かめて承認した後に頁が立ちます。
• 載せる物(文・絵・声)は、本人が権利を持つ物か、使ってよいと許しを得た物だけにしてください。
• 本人の取り分はポイントで数え、USDT で受け取れます(WWB での受け取りは後から)。

8. してはいけない事

• 未成年を思わせる見た目・設定・話を求める・載せる事
• 他の人になりすます事
• 電話・住所などの個人の連絡先を求める事、会う事を強いる事、嫌がらせ
• お金・投資の勧誘
• AI の安全の門を外そうとする事、本サービスへの不正なアクセス
• 本サービスが使われる国や地域の法令に反する事

9. 止める・消す

運営者は、この規約に反する時、アカウント・頁・会話を止めることがあります。本人はいつでも同意を取り消せます。取り消すと、その場で頁と AI が止まり、依頼中・制作中の注文はファンへ全額ポイントで返します。本人の都合で見られなくなった場合、本人の未払いの取り分の範囲で月額の残りを戻します。単品は戻しません。

10. 約束しない事

運営者は、AI の返事の正しさ、本サービスが止まらない事について約束しません。運営者は WWB について、どのような約束もしません。

1. About these terms

AIKON (including AIKON NIGHT; the “Service”) is provided by [TO FILL] Operator name (a joint venture in the British Virgin Islands (BVI)) (the “Operator”). The Service is operated as a business outside Japan. These terms apply to everyone who uses the Service (fans) and everyone who appears on it (creators). By signing up you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Adults (18+) only

Only people aged 18 or older may use the Service — fans and creators alike. Age is checked by self-declared date of birth. If a false declaration is found, the account and page will be stopped. See Adults only (18+).

3. Accounts

• You sign up with an email and password. Keep your password safe.
• Creator accounts are separate from fan accounts.
• You may not lend or transfer your account.

4. About AI twins

• Most replies are written by an AI, within the scope the creator agreed to. AI replies are labelled as AI. Replies the creator writes personally are labelled as such.
• The AI follows the creator’s never-say list and only sends replies that pass our safety gate (anything suggesting a minor, personal contact details, money requests and so on are blocked).
• Creators can pause their AI at any time; while paused it does not reply.

5. Points

• Points are prepaid and used for memberships, single items, chats and tips.
• Points cannot be converted back into cash, WWB or anything else, and cannot be transferred to others.
• Point expiry: [TO FILL] expiry
• If a creator’s consent is revoked, or an order is not delivered by its deadline, the points held for it are returned in full as points.

6. Paying with WWB

Points can be bought with WWB. WWB that has been sent cannot be returned. See Paying with WWB.

7. Creators

• Only the actual person, aged 18 or older, may appear. You may not appear using someone else’s name, face or voice.
• To appear you agree to the creator consent document (version, scope, share, term). Your page goes live after the Operator reviews and approves it.
• Only post material (text, images, voice) you own or have permission to use.
• Your share is counted in points and can be received in USDT (WWB later).

8. Not allowed

• Requesting or posting anything that suggests a minor
• Impersonating another person
• Asking for personal contact details such as phone numbers or addresses, pressuring anyone to meet, harassment
• Soliciting money or investment
• Trying to get around the AI safety gate, or unauthorised access to the Service
• Anything unlawful where the Service is used

9. Suspension and deletion

The Operator may stop accounts, pages or conversations that break these terms. Creators can revoke their consent at any time: their page and AI stop immediately, and open orders are refunded to fans in full as points. If a page becomes unavailable for the creator’s own reasons (consent revoked), the remaining days of a monthly membership are returned as points, only up to the creator’s not-yet-paid share; single purchases are not returned.

10. What we do not promise

The Operator does not promise that AI replies are accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted. The Operator makes no promises of any kind about WWB.
